About the method
Slow looking is the practice of deep and attentive interaction with a work of art with the help of a presenter who asks questions that help you notice the details, the composition, and pay attention to your own feelings.

The structure of the practice
The first part is a careful looking in the exhibition hall.
The second part is the transition to a separate space (to the workshop), where the participants can to capture their impressions through art.

The practice is an opportunity to
· stop and pause the rush;
· see things that usually go unnoticed;
· structure your feelings and thoughts through visual images;
· develop patience and the ability to exist in the present moment;
· thoughtfully interact with high-level art.
You will not just see the works of an outstanding artist, but you will experience a meeting with them in the format of a deep, carefully guided practice.

The practice is for absolutely anyone.
